Do we need a "Don't Replace for Defensive Sub" button?

wouldnt it be common sense for all GMS everywhere, in every league, real or simulated, to have a lower winning % in playoffs ?

just because instead of facing the gamut of teams in a whole league, youre now facing the cream of the crop, and thus stiffer competition

doesnt need a conspiracy theory to figure that out

I would like a "Don't Remove From Game, Ever" button for the number of times HAL takes out a key player in my lineup in a double switch.

That would be nice to have. I'd also like a "Don't pinch-hit for my Starter before inning 'x', regardless of the score" option.
