The Rd. 1 Clock Vote has been going on for a while with no resolution. dc Jim has done his best to shepherd the vote, but it's obvious that only a few have an opinion. So, no more votes on this rule change. One less thing in the back of my head. The clock will remain off for Rd's 1 and 4 of our Prospect Drafts.

HCKL/PCKL Update:

PCKL is now through Round 2 of their FA Draft. So far:

PCKL Rd. 1 - Our 2 leagues had 9 of 12 players in common that were drafted in HCKL's first 4 Rounds.
PCKL Rd. 2 - Our 2 leagues had 8 of 12...etc...

I bumped this thread a few weeks ago, when only 4 or 5 managers had voted, with the intention of closing the vote from lack of interest. That resulted in a couple of more votes so now we are at 7 - 1.

I'm bumping, once again, to definitively and decisively (and conclusively and unquestionably) pronounce that this vote is kaput. Its stone dead.

It's not stunned.....It's not resting..... It's not shagged out.

It's deceased!

It's passed on....it's no more....it has ceased to be.....it's gone to meet it's maker..... It's bereft of life. It's metabolic processes are now history. It's off the twig....It's kicked the bucket....It's shuffled off it's mortal coil....it's run down the curtain and joined the bleeding choir invisible!

Let it rest in peace.
