Sometimes, stuff just happens and, that's where we are.

That said, I'm quite confident we'll all be happy this week! :)

Some information would be great though. It is like the lights going off in your town and the electric company giving you no idea when they will be turned back on. Don't care when the cards drop but not informing the customers when they might be is irresponsible to say the least. I am not surprised because customer service has been lacking for decades now. What they have done is piss off a lot of paying customers as this thread has shown. That can't be denied.

I think the current regime has contempt for the players here. They display it regularly.
Sadly, I suspect Strat-0-Matic has become a toxic place to work since Hal Richman stepped away. As for 365 management, it probably doesn't pay well compared to what other tech jobs pay, so they don't end up with the best. Bernie is glaringly missed.
I purchased the computer game, which was rather pricey but worth it. I'm having a fine time with it. I am currently playing the 1970 AL Season and 2024 Major League season, and the computer game is a delight once you get a hang of the interface. You can even roll your own dice & enter them if you prefer so there is no doubt of untoward influence.
I will not play this broken and seemingly fixed online game again, however. I do not trust the new post-Hal regime and recommend you do not either. "When someone shows you who they are, believe them." R.I.P.

I believe that Strat has always acted like a typical mom-and-pop shop. One particular feature or change catches their interest and they're all in for that moment in time. And then they completely ignore updates that would make their customer base happy, being either unwilling or unable to put in the energy necessary to follow through.

Hopefully, this current delay is because they are actually doing some of the things they've hinted at in recent months. I run a bunch of keeper leagues and I would certainly be happy if they finally started supporting those.

On the other hand, perhaps it's time for a group of dedicated users to buy the rights to operate 365 online. Pooling our money and our talents, I would be hopeful that we could improve the game dramatically and attract some younger users before all of the current ones die off.

I wonder what the cost would be? But something I would be interested in.

The two commisioners in my keeper leagues run it like a clock and better than the folks at 365.
Look 365 is not life or death .... for me is is a beautiful respite - from the pressures of the real world - and like so many of us - I am addicted to it - and will miss it if I quit- but what WE DO DESERVE - is communication from 365 letting us know what is going on and thank us for our patience - over the last ten years I have had 700 teams - 60 championships which I received a 120 credits which means I still paid for 580 teams - do the Math gentleman :)

I agree with this. It is not "life or death" for sure. It is a hobby we all enjoy. :) But I do also agree on the communication. Doing the early email saying "coming in early March" (take a look at Palmtana's cut and paste in the first page of this thread) then followed by nothing is a bit of poor customer service. I look at it like any other company, etc., doing a software launch -which this is. They always say "the plan is to launch by x date." Then if not, it is "we are having issues and now the new target date is xx." It isn't "we will do it when we do it with no updates." Could you imagine any company doing that?
