By my calculation 38-13=25+2=27 or 13 picks and 5 picks in Prospect draft, all covered.

I'm hesitant to start the draft until owners have the opportunity to cover the prospect picks they own. All picks where there aren't enough slots will be forfeit at the start of the FA draft, so I won't open the untimed first round until at least Noon tomorrow.
