I don't know who's left and purposely didn't look to see who it was because I generally enjoy everyone in this league and I'm likely going to say something crappy about an owner I like. So whoever you are, trust me it's not personal.

Paul, you gave a VERY reasonable deadline of midnight last night for all drops to be in. (Other leagues have had drops and are already in the 3rd round of drafting in the same time period). At some point if owners can't respect that I think they should be penalized or whatever else takes the form of incentive towards compliance. The rest of us made drops before the season started, and now with the hindsight of a week of games maybe some of those choices would be different, so the remaining owner is getting the advantage of getting more data than the rest of the league before making their drops. That's a competitive disadvantage to everyone who is following the rules.

I'd suggest the person lose their 3rd FA pick (and add a pick at the end of the draft), but that's just me. And again, who ever it is, it's not personal, just trying to keep it fair for everyone. If it were me and I got slapped with a penalty, I'd understand that it was my mistake, but that's just me.
