As I worked on updating the league docs for the new managers, I found a significant issue that needs to be addressed. fredpaii won 290 games and a title in the past 3 seasons, but he did so by trading away 13 picks in the next three drafts:
2022: Rounds 1,2,3,4,5,6
2023: Rounds 2,3,6
2024: Rounds 1,2,3,7

ycbill has graciously agreed to take on this mess, however the only way this team can possibly be competitive would be if we set aside some extra draft picks. I propose that ycbill should receive extra picks at the end of each of the following rounds:
2022: 1,2,3
2023: 1,2
2024: 1,2

Thoughts? Other ideas?
