Thanks to all for a solid review of how to move forward here.

My favorite comment was one from Andy, that echoes my own view of the league:
"But I thought in this league, by my experience, streaks of competitiveness and noncompetitiveness were a feature, not a bug."

It appears the consensus re: extra picks is as follows:

ycbill gets extra picks at the end of rounds:
1, 2, and 3 in 2022
1 and 2 in 2023

Palmtana gets extra picks at the end of rounds:
1 and 2 in 2022
1 and 2 in 2023

Their relative positions will alternate in each of those rounds and the extra picks will NOT be tradeable.

If there are no objections, then that's what we'll do.
