The division assignment is based on the salary available to each team. This information is found on the roster file -the information on salary is included in the worksheet titled "team info--the total salary column. The 4 teams with the highest available salaries form the east, the four teams with the lowest salaries form the west and the remaining 4 teams form the central.

The eight teams highlighted in yellow on the same worksheet will have the opportunity to add players from the 3 teams not selected during the team draft. The teams participating in the draft can add players up to the limit detailed on the spreadsheet.
