A while back I purchased some credit when SOM was running a deal. They have never showed up for use, has anyone else seen this?

A while back you should have contacted them and asked what happened. Now you still have to contact them but you probably will need to define what a while back was so they know what day to check their records for.

For future references I make this recommendation. Then you know you got credit for the credits and you see the teams whenever you log in. You are not depending on your memory as to whether you are owed credits.

When you purchase credits immediately create teams. You win credits immediately claim them and create teams. You do not need to sort through your old teams looking for unclaimed credits. As a side note that does not help them at all but those who still feel they are owed unclaimed credits from old TSN teams they can no longer access would not have that problem if they had claimed credits immediately and created teams.

E-mail onlinegamesupport@strat-o-matic.com with your name and order number if possible. They will be able to fix any missing credit issues pretty quickly.

For what it's worth, I had a similar issue arise shortly after the transition-- I purchased a 3-for-2 pack, and although I received the confirmation e-mail, I did not receive the credits. I forwarded the confirmation e-mail to SOM at the address provided by JohnG, and received the credits very shortly thereafter.
