Best pitchers for small ball parks

That is, best medium priced or cheap pitchers for a small ballpark (low HRs). Your thoughts, comrades?

price range? cap? how many bomber parks in division?

these all come into account when i am making my decision. because depending on any of the above i would give you a different answer.

Sadecki has no BPSI so he is a good cheap option.

I've also had success with cheap Hughson and also Chet Brewer.

More expensive options I like are Tiant and Herb Score.

Kind of funny you mentioned Sadecki, Tiant and Score. I drafted a team the other night for Forbes '57 with those three guys. Also drafted Randy Johnson. Of course thats going to leave me with a pop gun offence.

As in "Oil Can" Boyd, or is that some other Boyd.

Is that a small park where it's easy to hit home runs out of?

Or where you play small ball - singles, doubles, triples, etc?
