Billings said he checks in 3 or 4 times a day. So, yes, hope he is okay.

i think between 0600 and 1900 he is fighting wild fires. Don't know how he can check in if he's in the field. Hopefully when he makes his pick he can stay on for 30-60 minutes so when Paul and ggrover knock out their picks on the turn he can make his 8th rounder too.

On a side note, I think I have made some big mistakes with my teams. Hopefully I can bail myself out in the next 6-7 rounds, but voovits has been poaching my picks with almost supernatural ability.

LOL. No the 2 players he "ganked" me on I didn't send proxies. He is just a psychotic...er... psychic I guess.

On a serious note, that is why I believe you should send proxies to the guy picking after you, so that isn't a consideration. For me, I actually would be in a quandary if someone sent a proxy to me that had a player I really wanted. I probably would NOT pick him just to avoid the appearance of impropriety. That is kinda why I didn't jump on Sandberg...despite the fact I did pick after bigdinkent when he proxied in public.

When I get a PM with the subject of Proxy I do not open it until their pick so that I am not tempted to take a player that may be on that list.
