Yes, you'll have to use one of your fourteen picks for a Stadium. There is not a separate draft.

Question-
Do we need to use one of our 14 picks for a stadium?
(I was assuming so since we plan on unique stadiums).

Diamonddope draft is setup for a stadium pick, so it would be my guess you can pick a stadium with any draft pick as a stadium pick will have to be one of our fourteen picks.
