Credits

I just recently a few days ago finished a playoffs and got the message we are currently working on your credits. You should get credits shortly, just wondered has anyone got the same message? When will this be fixed or should i contact?

Prize Credits
We are currently in the process of awarding prize credits for recently-completed leagues. Your prize credit(s) should be appearing in your account shortly; additionally, you'll see an updated notice in this space.

Seriously, credits are not immediately issued? How could the beta testers have missed that?

And the team disappears shortly after season completion so all we have for proof is maybe taking a screen shot?

Teams disappear shortly after the season???????
