I believe Joker was OK either way, and John was in favor of the change, which would put it at 4 yeses. Anyway, let's move on. I'll post the point about having keepers count as late round picks below, but I don't feel like the other ideas you posted about have much support. People who feel differently should feel free to make their arguments.

Were we to implement this rule, it would work like this: You'd need to cut 10-15 players to get down to at most 30 to start the draft. Prospect promotions could be done at any time, and, when your roster hits 40 and it's your pick, that pick is voided.
