Personally, I think it's best we have a standard eligibility rule, in that we always include, or always exclude, the current years draft picks. One of these years, another Bryce Harper will come along, we'll have the draft earlier than we've had the last couple of years, the draftees will not be eiligible, and the manager with that year's #1 pick will cry foul.
What happened last year and this year cannot be undone, but we should really address this before it becomes "an incident".

If you guys want an amendment that stipulates this year's drafteee,s some one draw it up and we'll vote on it.
Me, I have no problem with the "floating" eligibility, because the rules spell out who's eligible, but that's just me.
