It wouldn't have been necessary if we'd have had a supplemental draft. I F'd up in the spring draft and didn't get a cathcer that could hit LHP, I knew I wasn't gonna be real competitive so I wasn't gonna make a desperation trade, figured I'd fix it in the Supplemental draft for season 2, but when you canceled it.. I'd have prefered perhaps a 1 rounder, I had no choice but to make a deal...
