NLD 62 - Dang Bobby Richardson

I got swept by 2nd place team Hawk, who I couldn't handle all year, and thought...UH-OH here we go....then Dale did my job for me and swept him next night.

A Big Thank you to Dale and his pitching staff plus all those Gold G types. I needed all that help!

Wow, well, that was the opposite of what I hoped for. Ugh. Clearly not having Carroll had a big impact. Three runs in three games. The question now is whether we can make it to .500

We lost 8 of the last 9 to Spider. Not a way to win a division.

Miller and Semper were the luckiest. Miller crushed in HRs and one runners and to a lesser extent with singles. He *was* unlucky with his error to unearned ratio however. Semper had advantages with singles, one run, pythag and unearned run ratio.

On the other side were Dale, JTJ, and, much to my surprise, Spider. Dale had a large HR diff as well as one runner. JTJ had a very large single diff and couldn't roll on his card for beans. Spider was behind in both bp numers as well as one runners.

Interesting:
Jeep was either up or down in most categories. Up with rolls and pythat, but down with HRs and Injuries.

Fielding comparison. This seems to have the least variation of all the ratings. Nobody was really that far off of what you would expect.

Wow! Luck was on my side in game 7 - only one hit against the Bugs. In the bottom of the 7th Kiner-Falefa doubled in Rendon who had walked. Gallen and Schreiber combined for a 4-hit shutout - after having combined for the perfect game in game 4.
