There is nothing in the rules that specifically states leashed or unleashed only “carded”. My interpretation when making the available list is unleashed players have a card. If that’s incorrect let’s get it settled now.

This came up in 2018. Uncarded and unleashed players are ineligible. If we'd like to include unleashed cards we need to enshrine it in a rule change/clarification.

Well can we have using leashed codified into the rules then, There is no mention of either just the word “carded”. Frankly if they have a salary assigned and you can find them on the site, to me that means carded.



I have removed the unleashed players from the availables lists.


And added using the “leashed” set to the rules.
