Is the stadium draft a "first dibs" thing, or is it an actual draft based on previous season's finish?

STADIUM RULES
1) Each player will draft a stadium during Round 41 of the Initial Free Agent draft.
2) Stadium draft order will be the reverse of Round 1 of the Initial Free Agent draft.
3) Team can change stadiums, but they can only be changed a maximum of once in three years. The stadium change must be made when there is no season in progress. Changes can be made first come, first served, by posting a notice on the message board. Players may trade stadiums with other players at any time except while a season is in progress.

Absolutely FLABBERGASTED Grlof fell to me. Seriously contemplated trying to move up as he was my #1 target and I did not think there was any way in hell he’d drop to me. Thanks guys.

Just fyi, I’m back to work today so won’t be able to update google doc until this evening.
Just keep in mind when look at available players that it will not always be up to date.
