Strat-O-Matic Baseball 365

Has anyone played the PC version of the College Football Great Teams Strat-O-Matic Football? Do you know if you can create your own leagues from the 32 teams provided? I've not played with any of the Windows versions of the Strat-O games and I don't know how easy/hard it is to learn to play. Any shared experiences will be much appreciated!
