24-team League! Roster must be constructed using 2 Separate Eras: ALL Hitters from one 5-year era. ALL Pitchers from a DIFFERENT 5-year era. NeL players included (must have a specific year to match your chosen era). First come, first serve. Stadium must be within one of your two eras. PLEASE Name Your Team each Era. For example, My Team is 1911-15Hitters 1985-89Pitchers. 120 Million. DH.

Hello,

Team: 2000-2004 Hitters & 1965-1969 Pitchers

Hitters Era (2000-2004):

During this period, we have a wealth of offensive talent from the turn of the 21st century.
Players like Barry Bonds, Alex Rodriguez, Albert Pujols, and Ichiro Suzuki dominated the hitting landscape.
These years saw a surge in power hitting and high offensive production.
Pitchers Era (1965-1969):

This era featured some of the greatest pitchers in history, known for their dominance on the mound.
Pitchers like Bob Gibson, Sandy Koufax, Juan Marichal, and Tom Seaver set new standards for excellence in pitching.
The mid-1960s to late-1960s is often referred to as the "Pitching Era" due to the low run-scoring environment.
Stadium: Shea Stadium (1964-2008)

Shea Stadium, the home of the New York Mets, perfectly encapsulates the eras chosen.
The stadium's history aligns well with the selected timeframes.
Team Name:

Hitters Era (2000-2004): The Power Surge Titans
Pitchers Era (1965-1969): The Dominant Mound Maestros
Roster Construction:

We will strategically combine the offensive firepower of the early 2000s with the pitching brilliance of the mid-1960s to create a well-rounded and competitive team.
Our lineup will consist of power hitters who thrived in the 2000-2004 era, and our pitching rotation and bullpen will be anchored by legendary arms from the 1965-1969 period.
Total Budget: $120 million
Designated Hitter: Yes

Let the games begin!
