How does a guy quit on Draft Night? How about the 23 other managers that paid their money with expectations of the draft? I would say, don't start a project like this with a "Public League" format. Yes, it filled the league fast but not vetting the coaches can make for a mess later. Nolan and I discussed this earlier in the week when I noticed we had two guys join that have yet to play 1 game of SOM365. While a commish shouldn't need to be a dictator, I do believe that vetting the league members is probably one of the most important aspects of being a commish. We want EVERYONE to enjoy their SOM365 experience and a guy that bolts from a league IN THE FIRST ROUND OF THE LIVE DRAFT, can sour the league for many of us.
