added note. actually, I prefer 26 man rosters to mirror MLB with expanding to 28 for last "month".
but... as a no vote means this would go into effect in 2020... I would argue to move to 28 man rosters max (down from 30)
then entire roster is maintained in SOM web site, and google sheet is only for prospect ownership tracking.

when real life can't be mirrored, I favor changes that ease administration. 28 man rosters, feels like it would ease administration of the league.

but, I'm only basing that on experience in DMB and OotP centralized leagues.

This wouldn't affect the 30-man roster total, just how many can be active during the strat season. And yes, changing the roster rules would ease administration which wouldn't be a bad thing for a commissioner.

I would like to re-introduce a motion to change General Rule 10. The new rule requires 16 votes to pass. The thought on proposing the rule is that it may add another layer of strategy on draft day. Is that unleashed player the real deal or a flash in the pan? I do not feel strongly about this but I am interested in infusing more talent into our game. There are typically 6-12 unleashed players per season
