I have to agree with Visick. In a players only draft it's typically a serpentine style. With the draft setup as is, the Managers picking at the top get the BEST opportunity to choose the better players. I would not be happy drafting LAST in EVERY round in this style draft. This is NOT a Franchise only draft.
