AT, looks like you stole a base. Don't know how you're scoring any runs with no speed.

I didnt want to comment on this during the season but I modelled my last 2 teams off of Moneyball. 8-)
I specifically avoided players who would steal, and went mostly for players with OBP and some power, or had plenty of BP HR rolls. :)
Also, if I remember correctly, dice rolls only end up 34% of the time on pitcher cards vs. 50% on hitter cards, and the remainder are X chance rolls on def. Anyways since hitting was at a bigger premium this year than last (at least imo) I felt I could get away with much cheaper pitching since even though I did not have a great ranged OF, as my IF was pretty strong and I had very low BP Singles and few to little BP HR rolls on my pitcher cards (plus no natural HRs on my workhorse).
Anyways basically I did my best to take stolen bases, hit & runs and bunts out of the equation, and relied solely on OBP and TB/BP HR.
TBH I didnt know how it would turn out, but my offense clicked very well and moving Pujols/Ethier for Cabrera/Bruce was a great trade for me (and for Stoney as well as it turned out). Things really got better once i took Damon out of the lineup, and I would have cut him for another arm except I needed him to back up Cust and my other OFs.
Finally I was pretty lucky with injury rolls. I got 162 games out of Bruce, 144 from McDonald, and 100 from Cust (pretty much all vs RHP).
