With a ZERO E rating, he CAN'T make any errors, in CF. I bet HAL brought him in at another position, like SS? I believe he has a rating there, although it's crappy.

The 'rare play' feature on the x-chart could produce throwing errors even with an e0. Still horrible luck to have 2 of those.
