Appreciate the spirit of cooperation of everyone in red party. I do not intend to change/remove anyone's picks as all have done a great job abiding by the rules I've set. Once we finish the draft we can look over the teams and see what adjustments we might want to make. Th eonly change I'm making is that we will not start a new round until the prior round is complete, starting with round 8. We still have picks in rounds 4, 6 and 7 to make before I start round 8.

thinking along the lines of helping out each other. What happens in the season if a single team wants to lay down for his contending team member.... you could start bad SP or a weak lineup? Do this to help the better team in their own RED/BLUE team make the playoffs...etc....

This concept sure has alot of IFs
