Not enough run producers on this team. You need to look at guys like Cleon Jones and maybe even Yaz.

Also you have an inefficient mix of * and non-* SPs. I'd ditch Reulbach, Russo and Dobson for Pfiester and another * SP.

With a lineup like that you need all top notch starters. It can be done, but not with the amount of pitching you have now.

well made a few changes in my pitching. i also considering muesel in right. i know i lose the -5 arm but yaz a 3 so not much of a loss. and my orig rightfileder a 1 so again not much. muesel to good to just drop. but what you think of dom drop for dawson. then i will have a few rbi guys in lineup?

As presently constituted your team looks OK to me. Of course one cannot evaluate a team without considering the context; particularly your divison. Key, for example, could be a very good choice if he will be facing 33% or more lefties in the division. Also what are the dimensions of the other parks? If they are pitcher friendly you can lose Derringer and Key and go for the Kneppers, Boyds and Cuellars. Not to mention Hunter. If not, then even Key is a bit of a gamble on the road. I don't think that Derringer is anything special and have never used him. I think there are just better values out there.

I typically avoid Yaz in pitcher's parks, too much wasted offense. But I understand you wanting to have a great defensive outfield, which you do.

A big key to doing well is the bullpen. If you can get the right mix of pitchers for your park you can do well with a very cost effective pen. Fosnow is one of my favorites in Forbes. Hell, even Roe works OK there.

I only use Bush to lead off in hitter's parks. Can you afford to give up all those errors in a park where if you score 700 runs you're doing Ok? Apart from that your team could well contend. Although I think that the standard deviation for projected season performance is quite large for ATGII. So it's hard to say if the team will win 75 or 95.

Bottom line though, you need every edge you can get to maximize your prospects of winning. So you still need a few tweaks.
