Bobby's ERA LG----East Division draft

Here's the rules:
1. Sign up for an ERA (first come basis) and select a pick 3 lottery state for draft position (highest to lowest)
2. The draft will be serpentine (1-12, 12-1) and will be 5 rounds.
3. You must select a team for each round and those players are protected.....
4. This will be 100M, DH (yes it's DH), advanced, 5/10/20 and set up as a waivers.
5. Waivers can only be picked from teams in your ERA that were not selected in the live draft.
6. In order to try to balance the live draft due to only five rounds being selected the waivers will be made as a sixth round. The 4th ranked manager from each division will announce their 1st selection and then the 3rd ranked manager makes a selection followed by 2nd and finally 1st ranked manager for each division. This selection process has no time limit BUT should be done asap....
7. You must select waivers from your designated ERA and maintain a roster from the same ERA throughout the season.
8. NO TRADES ALLOWED...a manager can drop players but only from their protected teams or the non selected teams within your ERA....
9. The live team draft will have no clock for the 1st round but there will be a 3 hour time limit for the balance of the live draft. Time runs from 9am-midnight Monday thru Friday with no clock on weekends.
10.Stadium must be selected from one of the 5 teams you select.
11.As commissioner, I reserve the right to add or delete the above rules if needed. Your input will be considered and appreciated...


Note....I will try to continue the theme for a minimum of 3 seasons but like the last one a manager can only participate by signing up for a different ERA.
