West, you made the real NL West look proud, I must say... :wink:

So we are just playing for draft spots now, is there any way I can tank my last 3, have Sandy sweep, and get ahead of him? :shock: :P

Big congrats to all playoff bound. Thnx Sands for a very smooth ride.

I'll fall short of the 75 win goal I'd set for this team but next year looks to hold some promise. Some nice OFers coming my way...not much more but at least I got options there.

I gave up a little of the future for Giles/Vmart in order to get a good shot to win this year. It's nice to see that move has paid off with a playoff berth.

Now to win it all. :D

No disrespect intended towards my opponent, but I'm glad I'm one game short of Cubit & DT and they can duke it out for a spot in the Finals.

With that being said I'm sure I'll get swept. :oops:

Meanwhile, I will be updating our Order of Merit and posting the Drafting and Divisional assignements for the first season of the next year soon.

"Ours was a very tough division and any one of us could have won it all." (smiles thoughout, and few deep belly-laughs are heard)

"All our players are at full strength and are primed to make a lot of noise against whoever they put before us." (full laughter now rolls throughout, as handkerchiefs spring out of pockets to dry tearful eyes)

"Pardon us, we're having technical difficulties..." (reporters actually falling down upon the floor as team owner, and 2 representatives from the local mental facility, usher the "old" general manager from the podium)

Kavik, didn't really expect a sweep since we were 50-50 during the season but I'll take it.
