Mgr's were allowed to use 3 and 4's as back-ups but they could only be 750k players correct? they could never start. Mike Young for me was an example...because he could be a dh for me and Hal used him and I was able to start him in OF when a starter was injured....there are not enough players to go around to get 750k backups...this hurt the pitching teams because to get a 1 or 2 they would have to pay over 1 million for their bench players. doesn't this sound right? i think this was the basis of the dialogue. YF....please don't say the spirit of the rules...that was the whole basis of my argument with Mav in season 1 :roll:

The Central needs to wait until the East full before we can enter. This is because the divisions are filling East to West by HAL in order of entry.

I'll put my card togethter tonight so I'm good to go when the time comes
