Two season (or more) keeper league.

RULES

1. 100M season roster, DH
2. Unique Stadium (Can be released for 2006 season)
3. Live draft 35 players (no total cap, must be TSN legal) for a 2005 season w/ keeper option for 2006.
4.When new cards come out, a 2006 live draft of 5 rounds will be held to fill out your new set of keepers. Will require you to release 5 2005 live drafted players if you want to draft new players. You must only release the same number of players you wish to draft.
5. 2006 rosters will be comprised of your 2005 keepers and up to 5 2006 live draft players.
6. Any 2005 player released to acquire an undrafted FA prior to a/o during the 2005 season is lost. When acquiring an undrafted FA, you must declare who you are releasing from your 35 man roster.
7. Lotto low to high to determine draft order and divisions.

The draft order is fine with me. I'm ready to go.

To clarify the rules, we are drafting 35 knowing only 25 or so will be on the 2005 team, what does TSN allow 27 players active? Does that mean we can activate one of the other players and drop an active player without losing him from our 35 man roster? This basically means we have a 7-10 man minor league roster correct?

well there are 3 answers.

1) I've sent Novie a msg and hoping he gets on here sometime today.

2) Penn's site would be better and faster, though I actualyl miss drafting on the boards. Commishes call, so see #1 first

3)scooby, yes the way I understand the rules is that those 35 players drafted are yours till 06 rolls around, so it is your minor league team to call players up from.

Man, it's too bad the four of us are the only ones who bothered to check back with this thread :( I was really looking forward to this league, as it would've been my first keeper league.

Anyone wanna restart this thing on the regular stratomatic boards again? Maybe we could generate some more interest over there.
