Our historical single season sets

I am in league TSN_1081 and experienced a similar situation. This was my first 1969 team. I went through the draft process, but was given only 14 hitters. I must have had the last pick in the draft because I only received 3 of my 25 selections. The balance of my roster was filled with a bunch of no names. To top it off, [u:c0f67e17ab]I only received one catcher during the draft[/u:c0f67e17ab]. On the plus side, I was to have first pick in the waivers draft. I had about 16 million to spend and had my choice of several premier hitters and pitchers. I made my selections and anxiously awaited the end of the waiver period. I was shocked to see that I was not awarded any of my selections. This was because I only had one catcher on my roster. This "glitch" in the system meant that I would have had to waste the first pick in the waiver draft on a 3rd rate catcher. Ultimately, I scrambled to assemble a team via free agency and trades, but there wasn't much left after the waiver draft. My team is absolutely awful; a full 19 games behind the next worse team in the league. I emailed the SOM contact and the response was "sorry, must be a glitch". Very disappointing. I should have been given a credit!! I have had very good experiences with my other SOM games, but this "glitch" has caused me to question the integ. of the SOM system.

Don't forget the autodraft goes by primary posistion so if you go for Torre as catcher and don't get him you have a firstbaseman drafted instead.
