It will continue once Pope checks in and makes a pick.

One thing, even though it isn't in the rules, discussing any arrangements as far as players that you may share with another team or your plans to draft or not draft a player is not in the best interest of the theme.

For instance, I share Sheffield w/ several teams, and it would be unfair for me to disclose how high I would plan to AD him and even whether or not I plan to AD him at all. Probably not the best example since he qualifies with half the league, but I think ya get my jist.

A better example might be that I share 8 players with Florida... any discussion on those players could have an impact on our prospective AD lists.. and would be unfair.

I forgot about the rule which put me in the 11th draft spot. I mainly picked the A's because I know most of their players from the past few years without having to look them up.

At least I get Tejada without a fight (and Guillen and Menechino as well)

Not necessarily Guillen. He was originally a Pirate.

Which leads me to... former Pirates and how screwed up baseball is.

C - Kendall
OF - Bonds, Guillen, Giles
3B - Ramirez
SP - Arroyo, Schmidt

Throw in the homegrown talents of J Wilson, J Bay, Z Duke, J Castillo and you have a pretty nice looking core of a franchise.

But, not to be in this marketplace.

I had forgotten about Guillen as a Pirate. :(

I get some small consolation in Carlos Pena and Ray Durham.
