12 SEASON LEAGUE ......INTERESTING THEME

I Liked the idea of this league but just missed getting in...are there 12 more hearty souls to do a league every four weeks so that everyone gets a chance to draft in each position


I have always wanted to do one of these. Anyone who has experience in this feel free to give suggestions. It will be 80 mil no DH, you will draft from all 12 positions. When you have the number 1 pick you will pick your 25 then the #2 pick will select his 25 and so on. You will also pick a unique stadium when it is your turn. We will keep win totals to see who can come up with the most wins overall. This league is open to anyone but if I do not have experience with you, you will need someone to vouch for you. This is just to make sure no one bails on us half way through. We will use pick 3's for the order of the first season, and for the remaining seasons I am open suggestions on how to shuffle things so someone does not get stuck with a bunch of bad teams in a row.

I'm thinking about it Mr. Doc. Leagues like this are a lot of fun. It's especially satisfying to succeed (or at least try to be competitive) with the dregs when you have the last choice.

I just don't know if I want to commit to another 12 teams at the moment... I'll let you know soon.

The most equitable way to do the rotation for subsequent leagues worked like this--

1-10-7-4-12-9-6-3-11-8-5-2
2-11-8-5-1-10-7-4-12-9-6-3

4-1-10-7-3-12-9-6-2-11-8-5
5-2-11-8-4-1-10-7-3-12-9-6

So, first round is determined by LOTTO, 2nd season the fist pick now has the 10th pick, 3rd season, the 7th, 4th season the 4th, 5th season the 12th, etc. Mixes it up quite nicely. :D
