I need some thoughts here...no FA avail, but I'm keeping an eye out.

I actually like your team quite a bit--well-suited for your park, matches up pretty well against your division, pretty nice lineup balance.
In your pitchers' park, though, the money you've spent on hitting may go to waste. I would maybe upgrade the rotation by about 5M, and downgrade the offense. I realize this is relatively non-specific, but it's just a comment on the hitting vs. pitching balance you have.
General guidelines: Pitching = 32M (18M starting, 14M relief); Hitting = 48M. From this, with a pitchers' park, take the starting pitching number higher and the relief number lower, but keep hitting about the same.
Right now, you have this: Pitching 27.6M (16M starting, 11.6M relief); Hitting: 52.23M

The problem with going with cheaper starting pitching and spending more on relief in a pitchers' park is that you give up enough runs during games to lose--but not enough baserunners for your cheapie starters to get yanked. With your overloaded bullpen now, I would definitely go with quick hooks and max 6 or 7 IP on Moyer, Beckett, and maybe even Vazquez. Otherwise, you'll lose a whole lot of 5-4 games and barely get any innings out of a couple of your 2M+ relievers.
