Joe D. in a small park like Griffith....

You sound like a spurned lover OT. While Joe *IS* a 15-game risk, he doesnt have an abnormal number of injury chances (ala Clemente). And his 0-arm isnt a deterrent like say Willie Mays, but I think you need to look at things holistically.

Does Joe DiMaggio create more runs then he gives up defensively? I would say based on some of the stats posted, yes. On the other hand, I would definitely have a strong arm in RF if I had Joe in CF.

Centerfielders appearing most on Refugee championship teams in Griffith:

1) Mays (4)
2) tie - Joe D. and Geronimo (3 each)

Hey man, good to hear from you. I try the more pitching heavy teams once in a while but I am so much more sure of myself with my usual nuetral teams. I don't like being this indesisive but also good to be able to play with all types of teams. I am no O.Tigger when it comes to pitching teams.

might want to consider swapping out white for evers and gardner for steinfeldt and jackson for clemente

definitely upgrade chapman to Trammel

also add staley to your bullpen

dump Alou and youv'e got both Dimaggios and Geronimo to choose from in center

Pfister for boyd would free up the $'s for Joe if you went that way

steinfeldt, trammel,Cuyler,Joe D,Hernandez,Clemente,Sanguillen, Evers would not be a bad eight to be sending out to the field
