Vets vs. Rooks league chat

Postby ANDREWLAITURI » Sat Jan 07, 2006 8:44 am

Great league guys! What a play-off picture we have now, Vet v. Rook in both series. The Rooks represented well as did the Vets.

My boys made it past the first hurdle but now they have to climb the wall that is Maligned's team. Congrats to Cummings, Penn and Maligned.

Definitely interested in Lotto. I'm out for the rest of the day but I'll have team in tomorrow.

No Rush

Postby ROBERTVOZZA » Sat Jan 07, 2006 12:53 pm

Other than it would be great to close it out...I invited all the LOTO [players from the Tour that didn't make the Finals and as stated - only TR and myself signed from LOTO II. It has been up since right after Thanksgiving - and 2 of the people who were invited were ET and Penn who played in the Tour.

So everyone here is welcome and the space is available for all but 1 - which would be TR's spot. The rest of us are already in this league. Plenty of space - come one come all...Robert(SWP)

1-5 in my last two series did me in, but had a great time and a BIG congrats to all the winners!

I do have a credit left so I'll look into the loto league. Maybe I can get a team put together next week. No special rules on drafting players?

Just curious. Anyone here from NYC?

I travel there once a month and I'll be there all next week. Tuesday night is the only time I have something planned.

Meet for a drink and talk shit about our strat brothers.

Stoney, I am originally from there

but now reside in Phoenix. What neck of the woods do you reside in now?

BTW, anyone who is ever in the greater Phoenix Metro area is most welcome to hookup with me here. Just send a League message in any league we have been in, a PT or leave a note here and I'll send my cell #.

Phoenix can be a pretty fun place - whether it is sports/nitelife/or just hanging out for cocktails at the jacuzzi with cute, easy friendly women we have here. (BTW, I am actuallymarried altho it may not sound like it - but I have a very cool wife who is used to me.)

I'll second that sentiment, if any of you boys get into the metro Detroit area, I'll be more than happy to hook up with ya'll and down a beer or 5.
I've never actually met any of the fellas and I think it'd be a blast.

I'm in Nebraska and there are very few reasons why you would want to come here. :D

My territory is East coast so I'm in the NYC area once a month. Occaisionaly down to DC.

Tyber, don't know if you're a Michigan fan or not. That was a big win for the Huskers. I think the anti-depressant prescriptions were cut in half after that one. We've really been struggling.

It is really fun to connect the name

Postby ROBERTVOZZA » Sun Jan 08, 2006 6:00 pm

With an actual face...I have had CATom and his wife over for dinner as well as ET... and Kaviksdad comes out every March and we attend some Cactus League together.

Welcome to LOTO, Stoney...The East should ne a fun competitive Division with yourself, Cummings and TRich.

I am actually originally from Connecticut - So I am a huge jim Calhoun and Huskies basketball fan. But in NCAA Football I have been a Nebraska fan for many years - even before Tom Osborne coached.

The teams I really do not like are Miami and Oklahoma - Big Nebraska Rivals.

Did everyone see the Texas/USC game on monday? Maybe the best Bowl game ever.
