new team--rookie

How injuries go :

599 plate appearances (AB + BB = P.A.) and under : possible 15 game injury risk

600-680 P.A. 3 games

680 and up rest of game or not at all .

Like I said earlier both Rice's hit in any park and don't get hurt . Garvey and Wills are bulletproof so any back ups are a waste of time and money . You could put them into some rice futures . With the money you save on the Rice's you could upgrade a platoon with White ( Garcia with Javier or White with Garcia , depending on $$$ )

Listen to zippy (raslavens). Your learning curve will be faster and as a result your frustration level a bit lower. Few people have picked apart the game as thoroughly as he has and are as well able to analyze teams.

If you can, take a look at some successful teams (through threads here or the record books) to get ideas of combinations and strategies that have worked for others.

Is that right? I couldn't find that on the superadvanced chart. It only states that players with more than 599 plate appearances would be injured for 3 games max.

Not saying you're wrong, just wondering where you got that from. (I need to play the board game some more to relearn the charts again.)
