Just a thought. With this a 5 round draft, the teams at the bottom of round 5 will end up with CRAP picks. Teams at the top will get better picks even if they are fill-ins only. Why not re-shuffle round 5 to give those at the bottom a some type of chance of getting a better draft spot. I don't know if anyone else feels this way but its just mu 2 cents.

good point Frank...unless anyone objects i'd vote for starting round 5 from 12 to 1 (same as it is for round 4) anyone object? It affects me,Fowldawg and Visck the most but i dont care if we finish using the same order in round 5 as in round 4..orrrr if you want to delay the finish we could redraw lottery numbers to determine the draft order for the 5th round...

I am not sure if I agree with that, because I am in the middle. The 5,6,7 spots are hard to pick from because everyone gets the best teams on one end of the ladder.

Just spoke w/ AirForceDickie via CellPhone and he is all for either a re-shuffle of Round 5 or reversing round 5 order doing 12 to 1.

I dont think drafting first was that huge on an advantage, though it is in round 5. A snake draft should have made things equal 1-4. We had a random draw to determine the order for round 5. Another random draw or flipping the order will just change the order of an already slightly unfair situation. But since you guys were nice enough not to skip me yesterday I will do whatever. My thought would be to do another random draw if we're going to rearrange the order.

I agree being an odd number of rounds does make it unfair. I'm not so sure repeating the draft sequence from round 4 is the right way to go as madigan33 stated. The fairest way would to redetermine the draft order for round 5. Instead of picking lottery numbers and being delayed we could use the random number generator and know our round 5 positions right away.
