Is this restricted to long-time players? I'd join, but I don't know if you limit who can join. (I've played for six months and had 9 teams, 3 still active, with a lame .480ish winning percentage.)

If I can join: Do I just pay the 24.95 and then join the league, or what?

If you want to join just jump right in...You don't have to buy your team yet. We will be drafting right here for a while. Nothing restricted with this bunch of managers, just be ready for a nutty league. :D
