The "help" tab under system options does a pretty good job of explaining how the proxies work. But if anyone is still having trouble understanding how to place proxies, please pm me and I'll be happy to explain it.

Anyways I think a 4 hour clock, with owners on either side of Detroit Tigers waiting for him to check in should be fine. Don't see any real reason to rush since he won't be back til Feb 13th anyways.
