Milton Bradley

Taking Bradley is a gutsy move. If you can get 500 plate appearances out of him, it is well worth it! It is just a roll of the dice(literally). I wonder if you took all the leagues on this site, what would be the average number of games missed(due to injury)by Bradley? And what are the lowest, and highest number of games missed by Bradley? I know his injury roll comes on a number 8(on his card). I am just wondering if anyone has ever done the math on these odds?

Another thought I have is that; I rarely see players miss more games than they did in real life. Maybe I am wrong on this. But what would people think about a rule that makes it so a player can not miss more games(due to injury)than he did in real life? I believe some non TSN leagues have adopted(or used) this rule.

Here is anotherexample for Bradley.

This team won it all and his nearly 500 at bats was much more than other leagues I have used him in.

I will take the production every time. As has been stated above, need to have a good back up just in case, and it will cost a bit more to have that back up. His numbers when healthy are as good as or better than those of some 8m players.
