Are we going lowest lottery number get's 1st pick, or highest. If my state has two pick threes give me the evening. Thanks.

If California has a morning and an evening pick three, may I have the evening drawing. Unless it is decided that everyone is using the first pick three of the day. Thanks, I do not care much either way, I just would like to know before the drawing! Thanks again,

i think he forgot to mention he is 0-7 all time in his playoff appearances. now, i do have a championship, and have gotten out of the first round many a time. so he really can't back up anything he says.
