Pitchers with low WHIP who have a few BPHR symbols on their card. They will be marked down in price for the BPHR but those symbols will be outs in Fenway.

As LM said, low WHIP is important. The #HR not so much so, especially vs LHP's, as Fenway neutralizes LH power(and much of RH power). There are guys who excel there. El Duque is awesome at Fenway and an extreme example of a Fenway type pitcher. Of course, he can't pitch on the road. At the high end, I have found Webb be the best for me.

Aaron Harang, and Cole hammels are examples of guys who can give up some ball park hommers, yet in your park those will be outs! They are quality pitchers in any park, but even more so in Fenway, because it is hard to hit a homer, and in real life Hammels, and Harang pitch in parks where homers come easier!

I have Sabathia, Velander, Maehe and Arroyo as my starters. Will they do in Fenway?

I will go in order. Howard is great but he has a lot of Ball Park homers that will be outs in Fenway. However you do need power on the road, and he has some natural homers. I usually get Tex or Derick Lee for a singles park, but Howard could work. Matsui is great. He has a good glove, and he will steal a ton of bases, but he will also get hurt some, have a decent backup, like Bloomquest, if you can. Rolen is another big injury risk. Reyes is perfect for your stadium, and he is a good bargain. Burrell, has a lot of those Ball park homers that will fall short in Fenway, and his glove is below average. However he has a good on base percentage. Sizemore will perform in any park. His batting average may be lower than expected but he will walk a lot. Also he can NOT get hurt. So you do not need a backup CF. Francouer can not get hurt either. His defense is great, but he will not hit many homers at Fenway. If you keep him bat him near the bottom, or even 9th. Kendell I have not used, and I am not familiar with him. If I were you I would get a better third baseman, Rolen will be hurt a lot. Also Francouer, and Burrell are question marks for your stadium. Maybe look for guys with high batting averages, and some stolen bases at the corner outfield positions. But if there is no one available I guess those guys will do. Just get a better third baseman, or a great backup like Gomez. Good luck, if you have any more questions feel free to fire away. There may be others with more experience who may disagree with me, but I have been very successful with this season's cards. A lot depends on luck!

One more thing, you do not need a ton of power to win at Fenway(at least in this game). Most of your guys will work, but you may want to make a few changes, especially corner outfield and third base. Get some good gloves who can hit for average and steal bases!
