Unfortunately, I don't have a list, and I'm afraid if I tried to put one together there'd be some omissions. Under the basic rules you have to keep in mind things like all versions of Sportsman's Park are available to both the Cards and the Orioles. (You can use any park your franchise ever played in.)

However, each franchise should have at least one park available for each era and these can be checked at this link:

I think the Indians have 4 stadiums available:
League Park '11
League Park '41
Cleveland Municipal Stadium '57
Municipal Stadium '78**

The Reds have access to:
1911 Palace of the Fans
1941 Crosley Field
1957 Crosley Field
1978 Riverfront Stadium

The Cubs can use:
1911 West Side Park (Grounds)
1941 Wrigley
1957 Wrigley
1978 Wrigley

rule for season 2 is live draft as follows

each franchise picks one carded team and has exclusive rights to that team throughoput season

at least 10 players from that team must be on roster entire season

no player from that one team may be traded


after 1 round team draft

we will do 4 round individual player draft from remaining teams

any player who ever played for your franchise if not on protected team from someone else is eliglible to be picked

draft of individual players will be by serpentine lottery high to low

I saw them, too, and I am vigorously looking through to see how I can make a halfway decent team with just 60M and these strict rules!! :cry:

When will we start drafting teams? I would assume we would get another week or so to think about things, unless anyone has their mind made up right now.

Season two rules clarification.....
I'm not sure I understand the team draft. I thought we had a franchise assigned to us for the season. I have the Phillies for season 2, does the team draft mean I can draft another carded team other than the Phillies?
So I would have ten players on my team who may not have been Phiilies?

Is the cap really 60M?

I'm leaving early Wednesday morning and will not have access until late Oct 11. If we don't get this draft started and move fairly quickly, I'll not be able to finish the draft. I will leave proxies with someone if we at least get the draft started. Sorry if my being away causes a problem. If you want to find a replacement for me I don't mind.

This is how I understand the rules for season 2. (Dan, is this right?)

1. Each franchise has 4 rosters of players in the ATG IV set, one for each era (db, pre, post, exp). Select (and thereby protect) one of those rosters. You must have at least 10 players from that roster on your team at all times. No other team may use a player from the roster you've selected. You may not trade any of the players on the roster you've selected.

So the team draft isn't really a draft, we can each just anounce which of our 4 rosters we are selecting.

2. Then we'll have a 4 round player draft. Draft order is decided by pick three lottery, so pick a state. During the 4 round live draft (and the autodraft to follow) you can select any player that ever played for your franchise so long as he is not on one of the 12 protected rosters.

I imagine the lottery results will also be used to set the divisions?

3. You can use any park your franchise ever played in (right?)

4. Salary cap is 60 mil, no DH, and 5/10/20 waivers.

Marge, I have no problem waiting until you're back. It gives people a chance to check out the players available to them and it keeps the seasons spaced at about a month, which seems like a reasonable amount of time for now.
