Petrosian is a VETERAN manager who, I believe, was talking tongue in cheek. He is about 2400 (yes you read correctly, 2400 plus or minus) games over .500, and has a winning percentage of .537, and so would not be eligible.
Kriff, on the other hand, is Bad news with a Capital "B". There have been many threads on him on these boards and on the old boards. He has a winning percentage of .333. You don't want him in one of your leagues, though. He has had 23 teams, and on virtually all of them, he does wholesale dumping of players for no reason, after the penalty kicks in, sometimes picking up the same player again. His payroll usually ends up around 40 million in an 80 million league, which means that his division often ends up winning the wild card slot also, because Kriff's teams perform so poorly. To the best of my knowledge, he has never given a real reason for his salary dumps, either ignoring requests to explain, or giving lame excuse after lame excuse.
