....can he be injured? Have had him on last three teams> Don`t have the numbers handy but he was out and is out now for two more games. What am I missing. :roll: Thanks, my Friends.

In 1909 Detroit played [b:aa3e4d6132]158[/b:aa3e4d6132] games, because of ties. When these games were replayed, the statistics from the original games were still counted.

Both Cobb and Sam Crawford played in 156 games, but they were second on the team to Donie Bush, who appeared in 157 games.

It's based on plate appearances. Less than 600 PAs, can be injured for up to 15 games. 600-679 PAs, up to 3 games. 680+ PAs, in game injury only. For this game, PAs are At Bats + Walks. Hit By Pitches are not factored in.
