Hmmm good question ... since Ver I is using 100m cap, it only makes sense for Ver II to use the 100m cap ... but if a majority feel that they would want to stick with 80m cap then we could do that as well.

Ver I has proved that even with 100m you can still do a lot of trading (21+ trades).
