How can I find a downloadble '69 player list? Excuse my ignorance if this question has been addressed, but I didn't see one.

Go to the TSN Strat 1969 Home Page while not logged in (click the 1969 "shield" from the Strat Home Page). A downloadable Excel spreadsheet of all the players is in the lower right corner.

If you're logged in you can't get to that page (at least I can't).

I am looking at physical cards and they are different from those available electronically on site. Are the ones we play with for 1969 the same as original advanced set?

The cards that are used in this TSN Game match the electronic cards filed here.

The original 69 strato cards, which I used to play with back in the day, were different from today's cards. STRATO has tweaked it's formulas and approach to cards since the days of dinosaurs and Sandy Koufax. Originally, there were no left/right differentials, for example.
